To get to the Cliffbottom Catacombs, go to the Lake-dealing with Cliffs site of grace and use the huge slabs at the north to go into Liurnia. Now, hold heading north till you discover the Liurnia highway North grace site. Take a sharp east turn  Elden Ring Runes and begin going south.
